PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipped, whipping cream

Heat pineapple juice and Jello together. Let set slightly. Mix marshmallows, celery, pecans, and pineapple. Add softened cream cheese and whipped cream. Add Jello mixture and let set.
