SWEET & SOUR RIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs (cut into strips)
5 oz. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white granulated sugar
1/2 can crushed pineapple, do not drain

Braise ribs in small amount of oil until all ribs are lightly browned. Mix all other ingredients together in large pan and add ribs. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours on medium heat. Stir occasionally. This is excellent served over rice or used as an appetizer.
