CHERRY SALAD SUPREME | |
BOTTOM LAYER: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and add can of cherry pie filling. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2 inch dish until partially set. TOP LAYER: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 c. crushed undrained pineapple 1/2 to 3/4 c. Cool Whip 1 c. miniature marshmallows Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Gradually add the lemon Jello mixture. Stir in undrained pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Spread on top of cherry layer. Top with 2 tablespoons crushed nuts. |
