CINNAMON BRAN PANCAKES 
3/4 c. oat bran
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

In medium mixing bowl, combine above ingredients. Set bowl aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine: 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tbsp. oil

Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Each pancake 115 calories.
