12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2/3 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. Chex cereal (add more if necessary) (Rice or Corn)

Melt together chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter. Add Chex cereal. Put 2 cups of powdered sugar in brown bag. Add mixture and shake. Pour into container and sprinkle with more powdered sugar.
