AUGRATIN POTATOES 
7-8 med. red potatoes
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes, cool, peel and grate. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole alternate layers of cheese and potatoes. Sprinkle with salt. Pour on cream. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
