SAUSAGE 'N SHRIMP STIR FRY 
1 c. bell pepper
1 c. onions
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 lb. frozen cooked shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
Soy sauce

Saute bell pepper and onions with butter in a large wok or skillet. Slice sausage in thin slices. Stir with bell pepper and onion. Pour in cooked rice. Stir fry. Sprinkle with soy sauce to taste. Stir fry and eat.
