12 oz. box chex (corn or wheat)
1 stick butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
2 c. 10x sugar

Put cereal in large bowl. Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in saucepan. Pour over cereal and mix well. Let cool. Put the 2 cups 10x sugar in brown paper bag. Add Chex mixture. Shake well to coat. Store in tightly covered container.
