ALL DAY BEEF STEW 
3 lb. stew meat
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
2 cans beef broth
8 med. potatoes, cut up & slice
8 med. carrots, cut up & slice
Onion to taste
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 bay leaf

Toss meat in flour and salt. Throw everything in casserole and bake covered. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.
