HOT DOG RELISH 
1 gal. cabbage
3 onions
2 bell peppers
3 c. carrots
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) jar mustard

Mix well and cook until a little thick, about 35 minutes.
