HOT DOG RELISH 
1 gallon ground pickles
1 pt. onions
2 peppers
Celery, if you wish

Mix this with some salt and let stand a few hours. Mix and heat:

6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. mustard seed
1 qt. vinegar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. celery seed
3 tsp. turmeric
2 glasses water

Heat juice and then add to ground pickle mixture; bring to a boil. Seal in small jars.
