GRAPENUT PIE 
3/4 c. Grapenuts
1/2 c. warm water
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar or brown sugar
1 c. dark or light syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Put Grapenuts and warm water together. Let sit for a few minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. This pie is almost like a pecan pie. The grapenuts will raise to the top like the pecans.
