PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine in mixing bowl. Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press on bottom of ungreased 9x13x2 inch pan or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (#1) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves

Combine ingredients (pumpkin through cloves) in mixing bowl; beat well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

THIRD LAYER:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine pecans, butter and brown sugar. Sprinkle over filling. Bake 20 minutes or until set.
