1 1/2 c. mashed boiled sweet potatoes
1 egg white, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. honey
1 prepared unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine ingredients and spoon into pie shell. Bake about 30 minutes until brown.
