1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. bread 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. green peppers 1/3 c. onions 2 tbsp. butter 1 regular can tomato soup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. vinegar Mix ground beef with bread, egg and salt. Shape into balls and brown in skillet. Mix all other ingredients in crockpot on low. After browning meatballs, place them in crockpot with sauce mixture. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours. |
