MRS. T.'S MINESTRONE SOUP 
Chicken breast
Potato(es)
Carrots
Onion
Celery
Herbs
Peas
1 fresh tomato
Salt & pepper
Pastina

Fill a pan with water mid-way. Put chicken breast in pan and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Cut all vegetables and put in pan. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes.

In a separate pan, cook pastina. When cooked, drain water and mix pastina with all ingredients. Ready to serve. If desired you can grate cheese on top of soup. This recipe comes from the beautiful hills of San Donato, Italy.
