COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
6 cube steaks

Wash steaks and flour well. Put oil in large frying pan. Put steak in pan and fry about 5 minutes. Slice a large onion and place on top of steaks. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry slow for about 15 minutes. Then add water to steaks and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, cover and cook slow until it makes it's own gravy.
