QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
8 slices bacon, crumbled or 1/2 c. ham, diced sm.
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk

Bake pie crust at 450 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325 degrees.

Fry bacon and drain excess fat. Crumble bacon and reserve some for topping. Place bacon in pie shell and sprinkle with cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool before serving.
