FLORENTINE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen (mixed) bag of carrots, broccoli & cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 can French fried onions
8 slices American cheese

Boil vegetables until tender. Drain and pour into a casserole dish. Pour a can of mushroom soup over top. Sprinkle pimentos on top of soup. Cover with slices of cheese. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts or until onions are brown. Serves 4-6.
