TURKEY FLORENTINE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed well and drained
2-3 c. cut up or thinly sliced turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. dry sherry

1. Place spinach in a 10 inch round baking dish, covering the bottom of the dish evenly. Top with turkey and season with salt and pepper. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth in a small bowl. Pour mixture evenly over turkey, smoothing with a spatula if necessary.

2. Cover and microwave at High (100%) for 10 to 13 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
