DOROTHY'S EGGS FLORENTINE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped), thawed & well drained

Put in 8 inch greased pan. Make small openings and drop uncooked eggs (4-6), one in each opening.

Mix together: 1 can cheese soup Enough milk to make mixture spreadable

Spoon soup mixture over eggs and spinach. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. This recipe can be doubled using a 13 x 9 inch pan.
