TURKEY FLORENTINE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 2 to 3 c. cut-up or thinly sliced turkey 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1. Place spinach in a 2 1/2-quart glass casserole covering the bottom of the dish evenly. Top with turkey and season with salt and pepper. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth in a small bowl. Pour mixture evenly over turkey, smoothing with a spoon, if necessary. 2. Cover and microwave at power level 10 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand covered, 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
