FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

VANILLA FILLING:

1 (10 oz.) pkg. vanilla chips
1/4 c. cream or milk
8 oz. cream cheese, soft

FRUIT TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Several kinds of fruit (like peaches, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc.)

Mix crust ingredients together and press onto bottom of pizza pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes.

Microwave chips until smooth (2 minutes). Beat in cream cheese and milk. Chill. Spread on cooled crust. Slice and arrange fruit in pretty pattern on top of filling.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Stir in juices. Cook medium heat, stirring until thick. Cool. Pour over fruit.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
