CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. chopped unpeeled red apple
Optional: 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Optional: 1/2 c. chopped nutmeats

Mix dry Jello with boiling water. Add the cranberries. Add the cold water, pineapple and apple. Add options if desired. Set in 9x3 pan. To serve, cut in squares. Top with a teaspoon of sweetened mayonnaise and a cherry or cooked cranberry.
