1 can cling peach, sliced & drained
8 c. grated green cabbage
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. cut fine parsley
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cabbage, onion and salt. Fold in cling peaches, sliced; chill. For dressing mix sugar, mustard and pinch salt. Add 1/2 of the oil and beat. Then add vinegar and other 1/2 oil, continue to beat vigorously. Stir in parsley and celery seed. Chill 1 hour. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing. Serve.
