CHEESE BISCUITS 
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. Old English cheese
1 tsp. red pepper

Let butter and cheese soften. Mix all ingredients and make long, thin rolls. Wrap in waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator. Bake, as needed by cutting biscuits off the rolls, placing on a greased cookie sheet and baking at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
