GOV'S FAVORITE CHICKEN | |
Boneless, skinless chicken 1 jar apricot preserves 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup, dry 1 jar Caeser salad dressing (you may use French or Italian) the size jars depends on the amount of chicken Place chicken in a Pyrex dish, single layer. Cover chicken with a jar of apricot preserves. Spread with a spoon. Sprinkle package of dry Lipton onion soup over the chicken. Cover chicken with Caeser salad dressing. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove tinfoil and bake for another 15 minutes to brown up. You can do this earlier and then throw on the barbecue. |
