COCOA-PINK CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. shortening 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda, mixed in 1 c. water 2 eggs 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 c. chocolate chips Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, and beat until well blended. Pour into pan, 13 x 9 and sprinkle chocolate chips over top of cake. Add nuts if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. |
