PINK CHEESECAKE 
18 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
A few drop red food coloring

Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar together; put into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cream the cream cheese, sugar and eggs, one at a time and vanilla. Pour on top of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Have topping ready to put on cake when it comes from oven. Spread carefully and return to oven for 5-10 minutes. Only needs in oven until it bubbles around edges. When cooled cut into squares. Freezes good!
