PINK PUDDING - CHEESE CAKE PIE 
30 graham crackers
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello, strawberry or red
1/2 c. hot water
1 can chilled milnot
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Crush crackers; add powdered sugar and melted butter. Add together and set aside.

Mix jello and hot water and set aside. Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Whip milnot. Combine jello mixture and cream cheese mixture; fold all into whipped milnot.

Pour 1/2 the crackers in 13x9 pan. Pour milnot mixture in. Spread rest of cracker on pudding. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
