PINK ANGEL CAKE 
1 angel food cake, baked & cooled
1 pkg. frozen strawberry Jello, lg.
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. heavy cream

Dissolve Jello with water. When thickened beat until fluffy. Add strawberries and 1/2 of whipped cream. Scoop out center of cake. Pour in gelatin mixture to 1/2 inch of top. Chill. Frost with remaining mixture. Beat smooth and with remaining whipped cream folded in. Let set 8 hours in refrigerator.
