COUNTRY FAIR CHICKEN 
1/2 cup (2 oz.) Kraft grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler fryer; cut up
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. mild
1/4 cup Squeeze Parkay butter

Combine cheese, flour, and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour butter over chicken; bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Yield: 3-4 servings.
