CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up, skinned
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or Miracle Whip light reduced calorie salad dressing
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of salt & pepper

Brush chicken with salad dressing; coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. 3-4 servings.
