WAIKIKI CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut into pieces
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Salt, pepper, Kraft oil
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger

Coat chicken in seasoned flour. Brown in oil, drain off excess oil. Combine pineapple, barbecue sauce, cornstarch and ginger. Pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
