PANTIMONTS 
7 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups white sugar
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. (4 sticks) butter
4 tbsp. honey
4 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
chopped almonds

Mix dry ingredients. Add cooled melted butter, honey and eggs. Add flavorings and nuts. Knead and divide dough into rolls. Cover in Saran or plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.

Slice, place on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 12 to 20 minutes.
