CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
4 c. cranberries
1 c. raisins, light and dark
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt

1. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil and cook about 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cover and chill. Makes 2 pints or 4 gifts.
