CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
4 c. cranberries
1 c. seedless raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients in heavy iron or copper pot. Boil until thick. Keeps in refrigerator or can be frozen.
