CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
4 c. whole fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped (about 1 lb.)
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped candied ginger or chopped peeled fresh ginger
1 med. clove garlic, minced

In large saucepan, combine ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes; stir occasionally. Chill. Serve in orange cups, if desired. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
