CRANBERRY SQUARES - SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 orange, ground
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm in oiled shallow pan, or molds. Serve with mayonnaise on lettuce leaf.
