CRANBERRY-JELLIED SALAD 
1/2 lb. ground fresh cranberries
1 orange, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. red raspberry Jello
1/2 pkg. Knox gelatin

Mix fruit, etc., with sugar. Dissolve Jello mix in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add gelatin that has been softened in a small amount of cold water. Add 1/2 cup water and mix with fruit combination. Pour into a 5-cup mold and chill overnight in refrigerator.
