CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
4 lg. apples
3 oranges

Above coarsely ground.

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (or more) English walnuts
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Add sugar to ground mixture. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool slightly and add to cranberry mixture. Add nuts; blend and chill. When chilled and set spread with Philadelphia cream cheese softened with cream.
