COLE SLAW FOR FREEZING 
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 pieces celery, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 tsp. salt

Mix salt and cabbage. Let stand 1 hour. Remove excess moisture. Add other vegetables.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 c. white vinegar

Boil 1 minute. Cool. Pour over mixture. Pack into cups. Freeze.
