SLAW FOR FREEZING 
1 med. cabbage
1 grated carrot
1 chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix salt with cabbage (shredded) and let stand 1 hour; squeeze out excess moisture. Add carrot and pepper. While cabbage is standing, make dressing, vinegar, water, mustard seed, celery seed, and sugar. Combine all ingredients. Boil 1 minute; cool. Pour over slaw. Put in containers and freeze.
