COLE SLAW FOR FREEZING 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 carrot
1 tsp. salt

DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. water

Shred cabbage, grate carrot and pick pepper. Mix salt with cabbage and let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture of carrot and pepper.

While cabbage is standing prepare dressing and combine all ingredients and boil 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm and pour over slaw mixture. Pour into container. Let cool then freeze.
