HARVEST BOUNTY CASSEROLE 
3 c. cut up green beans, cooked & drained
2 med. chopped green peppers
6 med. chopped tomatoes
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick (or homemade baking mix)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
1 c. milk
6 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" baking pan. Spread beans and peppers in dish; sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients with a hand beater until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese. Bake, uncovered until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 10 to 12 servings.
