SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 lb. medium sharp cheese
1 lb. hot sausage

Grate cheese and mix with dry Bisquick. Mix in the sausage until all is well blended. Shape in very small balls.

Bake at 375°F until lightly brown. I use about 3 1/2 cups Bisquick instead of the 4 cups.
