1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 pkg. Crispix cereal
1 box confectioners' sugar

Melt together semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter. When melted pour mixture over Crispix cereal. Mix well until all coated. Mix in box of confectioners' sugar. Toss so all cereal is well coated. Cool for approximately 1 hour. Ready to eat.
