1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter

Melt chips, butter and peanut butter over low heat. Mix with Rice Chex in large container. Place 2 cups sifted powdered sugar in paper or plastic bag. Shake Rice Chex mixture until well coated.
