LIGHT DIJON VINAIGRETTE 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic (about 5 cloves)
1 tbsp. grated onion

In a tightly covered container, shake all ingredients. Makes 3/4 cup.
