FETTUCINI WITH BROCCOLI 
1 lb. Fettucini or thin spaghetti
1/2 c. sesame oil
1 c. diced chicken breast
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. ginger (optional)
3 c. broccoli
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook fettucini. Heat oil until hot. Stir chicken, add garlic, ginger, broccoli, and stir fry. Add sherry and soy sauce, simmer 1 minutes. Add Fettucini and butter to ingredients in wok, toss. Add cheese, toss again.
